About us

Two ways to work, both checked

We run JobKindle out of Launceston and keep it simple: part-time or full-time, nothing else. Both are confirmed with the employer before they go up, and they come down the day they fill. That is the entire method, and it is why nothing here is stale.

  • Part-time or full-time — you tell us which suits you
  • Applicants across Launceston, Hobart and Devonport
  • A real person replies inside the working day
  • Daily pay range shown before you apply

Part-Time Remote Roles

For anyone fitting work around study, a young family or another job. You pick the blocks you can genuinely cover each week and we only offer shifts that sit inside them.

  • Roughly 10–20 hours a week, blocks you choose yourself
  • Written work only — chat replies, records, simple checklists
  • Evening and weekend blocks available
  • Online training before your first shift, about an hour
  • Paid by the employer on their normal payroll cycle

Full-Time Remote Roles

A steady week from home with a set start time and a regular workload. Suited to anyone who wants the same hours every week rather than picking blocks each time.

  • Roughly 30–38 hours a week on a fixed weekly pattern
  • One main area of work rather than a mix of small batches
  • Weekday hours, with a set start and finish
  • Longer onboarding — training runs over the first few days
  • Paid by the employer on their normal payroll cycle

  • First payday — hours log as you work and are paid on the agreed cycle.

Questions

Answered on the way down

Q1

Do I need previous experience?

No. Every role here is beginner-friendly and comes with online training before your first shift. Being reliable counts for far more than a long résumé.

Q2

What equipment do I need?

A phone is enough to get started — a laptop or desktop works too. You'll want a stable internet connection and somewhere quiet to work. Anything specific to a role is explained before you agree to start.

Q3

How many hours a week is it?

Most people begin between 15 and 30 hours a week and adjust from there. You tell us the window you can genuinely cover and we stay inside it.

Q4

How soon can I begin?

Once you have messaged our HR team on WhatsApp, most applicants finish their chat within two days and start in the same week.
